RETURN POLICY

General Return Conditions for Products Sold by SplitGymwear

The products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them. Returns should include the original tags, intact, and all the documents that came with the product. The product must be accompanied by any accessories and/or gifts that were included in the delivery.

Products showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.

​

The buyer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days without stating any reason and without incurring any costs other than the delivery costs. According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the return period for a product expires within 14 days from:

the day the buyer physically takes possession of the product.

Returns will be free of charge if the order exceeds the amount of 250 RON (Romanian Lei).
